I didn’t get an invite to do my online training.

o   If you have confirmed with your main contact that your credentials were sent to us so that we create a profile for you, please follow the “reset my password” steps.

o   If your account shows “inactive” please send a request to customerservice@fast-rescue.com and we will reply to you within 24 business hours.

 

I don’t see the course I have to take.

o   If your training does not show up on the main dashboard after you sign in, please contact us at customerservice@fast-rescue.com and we will reply to you within 24 business hours.

 

My videos are not playing.

o   If your videos are not playing for any reason, try another browser.

I cannot move to another chapter.

o   If you are unable to move to another chapter, please try using another browser.

Do I have to pay for the course?

o   Your company will be invoiced for your training, please proceed to complete your course.

o   We have courses in our “course catalog” for purchase, please do not complete purchase if you do not need any additional courses.

 

Do I need to print my certificate?

o   After you have successfully completed your online component, a certificate will be generated and emailed to you for printing. You can also access your certificate once you log into your profile.

 

How long will it take to complete the online portion?

o   It depends on your reading speed but do keep in mind that our program does have voiceover. For Part 1 Emergency First Aid sessions, participants should complete their training withing 3-4 hours. For Part 1 Standard First Aid training participants can take between 5- 8 hours to complete their online component. There are a few instances where it can take longer.

 

Would the program bookmark where I stopped, or do I have to start over?

o   Yes, the program will bookmark where you stopped.

 

Where do I get information about the in-person session of my blended course?

o   For all information about your part 2 practical training, please contact your employer.

 

Can I use a tablet or cell phone to complete this course?

o   Yes.  Just use the mobile device and log in with your credentials.

 

Which browser is recommended for this course?

o   Our courses run best on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Firefox browsers.

 

I used my personal email account.  How do I switch to my work email address?

o   On the top, you will see your name. Click on your name and then click on My Info.  This will open up your profile where you can change your email address. 

 

How do I put in a support ticket?

o   If you are able to log into your account go to messages to the top right of your page, then click “send message”. Fill out the form and we will reply within 24 business hours.

If my course shows “expired”, what do I do?

o   Please send a request to customerservice@fast-rescue.com and we will reply to you within 24 business hours.
